SAPTA Yoga is dedicated to genuine practices of yoga. This space is open to everyone who is interested in growing and/or maintaining a sustainable yoga practice beyond style, dogma or belief.

Āsana, prāṇāyāma, kriyā, meditation, philosophy and mantra (at times) are integral parts of our offering of Classic Vinyasa Yoga, varying in proportion according to the intention of the class and depending on the teacher.

How to find: Use the large gate on the left side of the front building. Walk straight ahead through the courtyard to the new building and ring the bell at the second entrance, first floor, right side.

Classes

SAPTA offers Classic Vinyasa Yoga. Our teaching is grounded in the principles of modern postural yoga, and includes prāṇāyāma, kriyā, and philosophy. Classes are in German and/or English.

Beginners

Doing simple things well.

Learning and practicing the foundation of modern postural yoga, helping you transition into the Open format classes with greater ease and confidence.

Open to all, especially recommended for beginners.

Intermediate

Exploring beyond the basics.

This class builds upon foundational knowledge, integrating a broader range of practices:Āsana, prāṇāyāma, kriyā, meditation, philosophy and mantra. Options and variations are offered to accommodate different abilities and levels of experience.

For practitioners with a fundamental understanding of yoga.

Advanced

Intentional depth.

Learning and practicing techniques and different approaches to more challenging asanas and transitions, advanced prāṇāyāma and kriyā. 

Recommended for those curious to deepen their practice and understanding of yoga.

The focus is on cultivating awareness, subtlety and depth – not on perfection or performance.

Suitable for committed practitioners.
