My deep passion lies in making movement accessible and vividly tangible for myself. Through my body, I can observe my mind with more calmness.
Yoga teaches me to stay present, to focus, and to embrace and value the transformative phases of my being.

In my classes, I create a space that invites exploration of the body in motion, of our limitations and growth beyond.
To learn and take from this is to trust ourselves and to approach life with greater ease.

The practice and teaching of yoga has completely changed my perception of body and mind.
That’s why my teaching is always about more than just movement. My classes are physically demanding yet creative, combining philosophy, my passion for electronic music (I hold a PhD in electronic music), and my background in Hatha and Ashtanga-Vinyasa yoga.

Yoga  is a dance between body, mind, and breath.

The reason I teach is the feeling after the yoga practice.
This feeling is just as unique as our bodies, abilities, and needs.
As a teacher, I want to meet people both spiritually and physically exactly where they are.
So that I can then guide them toward a state of greater compassion, kindness, clarity, and love
for themselves and for the world around them. Expect a dynamic and powerful class, infused with stillness and ease

Yoga is an invitation to arrive in yourself.
When we breathe and move with awareness, space can open to meet ourselves openly and without expectation. A space where inner attitude matters more than perfect form.
That’s the space I guide you into with clarity, lightness, and creativity.

In the Fundamental class, I teach the foundations of asana the physical aspect of yoga and their connection to breath: Vinyasa.
My classes give body and mind the time to reorganize themselves.
