Lasst uns anfangen, bevor wir anfangen mit einer kleinen Soirée. Am Samstag, den 28.6. von 17 bis 20 Uhr öffne ich erstmals die Türen zu SAPTA Yoga. Es gibt kein Yoga-Programm, die Türen stehen einfach offen für Euch, zum Zusammenkommen, Umschauen, das Glas zu heben.
Am Sonntag den 29.6. eröffnen wir dann das Studio mit einer 90-Minuten Yogaklasse um 10.30 Uhr. Anmeldung über den Stundenplan weiter unten. Die Stunde ist for free und auf Deutsch.

Classes
SAPTA offers Classic Vinyasa Yoga. Our teaching is grounded in the principles of modern postural yoga, and includes pranayama, kriya, and philosophy. Classes are in German and/or English.
Fundamentals
Doing simple things well.
Learning and practicing the foundation of modern postural yoga, helping you transition into the Open format classes with greater ease and confidence.
Open to all, especially recommended for beginners.

Exploring beyond the basics.
This class builds upon foundational knowledge, integrating a broader range of practices: asana, pranayama, kriya, yoga philosophy, meditation, and mantra. Options and variations are offered to accommodate different abilities and levels of experience.
Open to all. Recommended for practitioners with a fundamental understanding of yoga.
Open Intense
Intentional depth.
Learning and practicing techniques and different approaches to more challenging asanas and transitions, advanced pranayama and kriya.
Recommended for those curious to deepen their practice and understanding of yoga.
The focus is on cultivating awareness, subtlety and depth – not on perfection or performance.
Suitable for committed practitioners.
Not suitable for beginners.
